Returns & Refunds

At IBRIANCON, we take pride in offering premium home décor and furniture that enhances your living space. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our process regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU and French consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item — without needing to provide a reason.

This "cooling-off" period applies to most purchases, excluding custom-made, personalized, or clearly tailored items (see Section 4).


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The item includes all original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or refusal.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at bougitstephane@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (optional).

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and return it within 14 days of your request.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Assembled or modified furniture by the customer


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you

We may request the item be returned or collected before issuing a refund or replacement.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card statement

  • Contact your payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bougitstephane@outlook.com


9. Return Address

We will provide the appropriate return address upon your return request. Please do not send any items to our store address unless explicitly instructed to do so.
