1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • France (mainland) – standard and large-item delivery available

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the item’s complexity and production time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted national and international courier partners, including:

  • Colissimo / La Poste (for small parcels within France)

  • Chronopost / DPD / DHL / UPS (for fast or international delivery)

  • Specialized furniture carriers for bulky or fragile items

Shipping method is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Please note: delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (France): from €5.90

  • Large Item Delivery (furniture): varies based on item and region

  • International Shipping: rates shown at checkout or upon request

Some orders may qualify for free shipping based on promotions or order value. Custom delivery quotes are available for oversize or bulk purchases.


6. Delivery Terms

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

  • For large furniture items, the delivery team may contact you to schedule a specific delivery date and time window.

  • Delivery is to the front door or building entrance unless otherwise specified (e.g., white glove service may be available upon request).

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees.


7. Packaging & Handling

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Fragile and large items are shipped using protective materials and handled by specialized carriers.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the package or item appears damaged, report it immediately to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours with photos for faster resolution.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


9. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
